I worked at CyberArk full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Personal growth;
Mostly helpful colleagues from various teams;
Friendly management and managers(and directors);
Onboarding process is simple and easy as long as you are patient and respectful;
Professional growth in CyberArk's domain of interest (Privileged Identity Management);
Small business or family culture;
Business casual/casual attire;

Cons

Things that have a potential to change soon:
Domain Training, Education and Certification incentives are not offered or announced to all employees;
Internal and inter departmental Opportunities are not openly discussed by any employees (Management and higher should lead by example to encourage);

Lack of growth in non-CyberArk's domain of interest (Privileged IdM security);

Advice to Management

Encourage and practice more openness within the company, especially with opportunities, and make open decisions based on performance;
Hold all departments and personnel to a much higher standard, especially the product development and core technical departments;
More frequent or half yearly/quarterly pulse checks on what employees really want personally and more importantly professionally;

    I worked at CyberArk full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Company employs lots of Sales Engineers and Cold Callers. If you fit into this group, you'll do well here.

    Cons

    No offices, except Boston. If you are not a rock star here, you'll never get bonuses. Low Salaries for sales engineers. Approximately about 12% less than market average. The company is not profitable, and has massive competitors entering its space. Its technology is decent, but will probably get bought and merged into a larger company in the near future. This company tried to go its own way for too long with its own sales team, and is just now branching out. My long term outlook for this company is very poor.

    Advice to Management

    It would be a good idea for this company to look through its current employees and trim the fat. There are several high ranking folks at this company who aren't doing much for the bottom line, especially in the sales management group.

    Pros

    There some nice people
    Well known brand in the industry

    Cons

    Basically everything which is said in negative opinions here is the truth.

    Overall startegy of the company is to squiz you out at the cheapest cost possibile. You will end up working evenings, weekends and even on holidays..without any appreciation whatsoever, is considered the standard here.

    The company is saving the cost wherever possibile, which sadly means employees.

    HR focus is higher management and the culture is highly authorative, don’t try to have different opinion that your manager, best case senario, you will be told off, worst case you will be sacked. HR has no intention to help you, they just want to keep the management happy. The management can’t do or say wrong, they are being well protected. Don’t try to be honest neither, if you want to stay in the game you need to learn the politics.

    No onboarding, no direction, no feedback and no suport from upper management, you are on your own. Even peer suport is a struggle with everyone declining responsability which makes even smallest task a ridiculous battle.

    Lies, empty promises are to be expected. There is no intention to help you grow and develop, no career path, no succession plan. Basically, you are not their concern.

    Advice to Management

    none, you are too arrogant to take any
