Pros
- Values based company that focusses not only on customers but also it's people. - Invests into OJT, informal and formal training for it's employees. - Opportunity to work on some really interesting jobs. - One of the few companies the has legitimate entry level roles in cyber security. - Very welcoming community. - Veteran friendly. - Sort of supports remote based work. (Really pushes office work).
Cons
- New company that has lots of growing pains. - Uncompetitive salaries for the similar 'technical' roles in the market. - Sometimes super flat out due to size of team and competencies (will likely not be a con in the future).
