      Pros

      ZTNA as a topic was catchy enough to drive some intro meetings.

      Cons

      No market adoption. No sales rep was even close to hitting the arbitrary quota. No urgency around the solution so it was impossible to drive prioritization. No accountability from leadership. Lack of success was blamed on reps.

      Solution super reliable getting 3 and 5 year contracts with F100 industrials. That never happens. Strong learning culture.

      Cons

      None as challenges are not exclusive to any start up.
