Churn and burn company - Software Sales Executive DAS Technology Services Employee Review

This company does not care about your personal development at all. In all my six months of working there every time I would ask my manager what I could improve on and he never gave me any constructive feedback. I continued to make progress toward reaching my KPI‘s more than my peers who had in fact been there longer, however they fired me with no PiP (personal improvement plan) or formal warning from HR. They then proceeded to say that it was performance based… however, HR refused to tell me what my performance was that caused me to get fired.
