    Pros

Great people to work with and an open, friendly culture. An excellent CEO who really knows what they are doing and has turned the Company's image around in the short time he has been CEO.

    Cons

Operations groups need to step up their game. Because it is a highly unionized company, individual and group performance is lagging. getting anything done in a timely manner and done right the first time is pretty rare and low performers are tolerated, leading to a situation where the company loses its high performers

    Advice to Management

Change the way performance is measured. Award employees based on accomplishments and performance rather than longevity
