Pros
Technology was well supported, i.e. it worked most of the time. Well intended customer experience training, and product knowledge training. Good work if you are OK with hamster-like, execute task but don't go beyond type of work.
Cons
Management was weak, selected and retained without careful assessment of skills required for success. Promotion opportunities were not extended to most qualified - appeared to be given to favored male workers (see no HR driven skills assessments)
