I worked at DICK'S Sporting Goods part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Fellow co-workers in the same corporate boat is the only thing that made this job bearable. They make it fun.

Cons

Racist supervisors, inappropriate leadership, terrible pay. Constant badgering of customers for rewards card and credit card sign ups encouraged.

    Pros

I had a great manager but I have heard horror stories when it comes to scheduling. A lot of hours during holidays

    Cons

Zero hours during summer, so it's important to have a second job.

    Advice to Management

Show your employees loyalty. It's not fair to run the store on a skeleton crew at down times and then force employees to work on holidays. Try to be some what fair.
