I like the shift that I am on. They do treat their employees good.

    Pros

    Employee oriented company. Provide a lot of training, good opportunity to learn new technologies, the newest tools.
    Democratic style of management.

    Cons

    Not pure technological company like Google. Sometimes people are too relaxed and there is not enough concentration.

    Great benefits
    wonderful working enviorment
    good career development opportunities

    Cons

    senior leadership is almost never an internal hire out of a call center except in Denver
    pay is low compared to national average and isn't always tied to performance across business units/locations

    Advice to Management

    Look in the call centers for managment opportunities. Schooling isn't everything, good people may not have the degree you are looking for, look at their performance and experience
