I have been working at DIRECTV full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Free DirecTV, decent benefits, LOTS of overtime

Cons

Never know when you are going to get home. The company expects 16 hours of work to be done in 8 hours by efficient techs.

Advice to Management

Treat your techs better, they are the foundation of the company, you break the foundation it all crumbles.

    I have been working at DIRECTV full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Opportunities to grow within the company, many community service activities to participate in, great incentive and bonuses plans, great benefits packages.

    Cons

    It's a call center, so just like with any call center you have to deal with many personalities. Not just with other employees, but also with customers. So you have to have patience & not allow things to get to you.

    Keep up the good work!
