Pros

detailed program for college graduates that helps you gain real life experience and become well rounded. 6 month rotation that allows you to go from department to department to evaluate your perfect fit. During which, you gain valuable skills.

Cons

Very few cons. Since it is a new program, it can be a bit more organized.

I have been working at DISH full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is ok, depending on how many hours you have to work
    Benefits are good
    Good down to earth technicians
    Good bonuses
    Cheap satellite

    Cons

Horrible manager, they expect way too much out of their employees yet do not give them the tools to do the jobs. Favoratism is very high in this company, if you don't brown nose constantly you will not be promoted. Bonus expectations are way to high to achieve. Promotion system is extremely flawed, nearly impossible without managers helping you and you screwing the rest of the techs outta jobs. They treat the techs like they're on salary and work them ridiculous hours. Rarely promote from within ranks

    Advice to Management

Promote within the ranks, pay your managers more, hire enough techs to do the jobs, make bonuses more attainable, get your promotion system fixed, allow the techs to set their vans the way that is best for them, and be aware of your managers team destructive tendencies.
