Pros

Helpful coworkers 3 days off a week

Cons

They will crush your hopes of advancement Due to promotion system that sets up techs for failure. Pay and benefits sick

Advice to Management

Fsm and IM are good and helpful everyone else above them are out of touch with reality and do not have a clue. Grow up and encourage moral of techs instead of beating them down with stupid metrics and scoring on things out of our control.

    Pros

detailed program for college graduates that helps you gain real life experience and become well rounded. 6 month rotation that allows you to go from department to department to evaluate your perfect fit. During which, you gain valuable skills.

    Cons

Very few cons. Since it is a new program, it can be a bit more organized.
