I have been working at DISH full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

provided tools and uniforms, great coworkers, new technology

    Cons

work schedule, management, treated like numbers, slave to metrics, super micro-management, forced to work on holidays, unrealistic promotions

    Advice to Management

Actually do what you say. Just because you say "we've changed!" doesn't make it true

I have been working at DISH full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay is exceptional. The work/life balance the worst I have ever seen.

    Cons

Upper management has tied the pay structure into working a manadatory 50+ hours a week or you will not make your entitled to maximum commision. Dish is always trying to find ways of stripping agents of their hard earned commision as well. If you misspeak or read their long list of disclosures incorrectly you will be charged for that sale and it counts against you for a week affecting the rest of your commission structure.
They have new hire classes every 2 weeks because they burn out their agents or fire them for making simple mistakes.

    Advice to Management

change the hire and fire model you embrace. The money wasted with this policy could be better used for something more productive.
