Pros
Company provides great training, and you will grow your salesman skills tremendously. Great opportunity to start a career.
Cons
This particular position requires sitting on the phones, without many breaks, not even between calls, which can be challenging. The work can be tough, and the pay, which is commission based, keeps getting worse every year. Upper management doesn't seem to care about fixing things which are not working, even it its being presented to them, the general mindset is of 'you gotta deal with it'. This is even when their database and computer systems crash or freeze.
Overall, this is a sinking ship.

Pros
Agents can be paid very very highly. As a manager you have a lot of responsibilities. This is good because you have many opportunities to learn and grow as an individual
Cons
The Commission structure is very dependent on Agent behaviors. More specifically you get paid on every sale your agents make and how much each sale is worth is dependent on how well your team performs. But considering you agent you manage are entry level workers, a job like this one pays well enough that agents are okay with taking volunteer time off, or just not caring about performance to be content with their pay. And while you can influence people to have better habits and behaviors you cannot always change a person or their priorities.

I cannot think of any. The opportunity and support is there. It is up to the employee to take advantage of that.
