    Pros

The Office Administrator was the absolute best! Always smiling and positive. She made us all feel welcome. Overall, the people were very nice and were a joy to work with. Well stocked kitchen (thanks to that Office Administrator again!) Decent benefits

    Cons

No real training. Somewhat intense product required a good understanding. Management, from the top down, play "games". Lots of things are supposed to be "understood", and when they're not, you hear about it. Lack of transparency HR originally came off as friendly and on your side, but you soon learn that she's working for Management all the way. All the other negative reviews are correct, so I'd refer to them...

    Advice to Management

It's hard to feel secure at your job when things change with such rapidity. At one point, and it was very brief, we had a good culture, then, DNN struck the iceberg. You need to listen more to your employees. This isn't about the employees demanding too many things. Rather, it is about, take care of your employees and trust them to do the right thing. They will, but you're going to need to take that leap of faith.

    Pros

-CEO is a great person to learn sales from -Chill environment -Very excellent product with a huge following in the Microsoft world -Senior leadership is very nice, they have no attitudes against employees -Excellent comp plan, you can make a lot of money working here (on a new business team of 5-7 people, at least 2-3 are making over $200k annually --- but you have to be patient and work hard the first 8 months)...

    Cons

-.NET is not being used as much as it was during the heyday of Microsoft, but nonetheless is still extremely popular (helps you as a salesperson!) -location isn't great, but isn't bad either (depends where you live) -Perks are not great, but the money you can potentially make should allay this

    Advice to Management

Rebuild the commercial product in PHP and Scala, you will destroy Wordpress :-)
