Good meaning service but very disorganised with minimal support - Clinician DPV Health Employee Review

I had an awesome stint where the people in my team were mostly good, so that was a good time. Big staff, lots of resources available.

Towards the end of my tenure, there was a change in leadership and strategic direction. They fired my programme manager and others and there was a massive exodus of great workers. Sad. I had a few problems with staff in my team being aggressive and intimidating. I didn't receive much support or acknowledgement.

Opportunities to grow career - Investment in leadership and professional development. Culture of collaboration, listening and feedback, and a values based approach. Supportive and highly effective executive and leadership team with a strong focus on inclusion, innovation and servicing the needs of the growing community.

Although employees benefits and a culture of recognition are well articulated, remuneration remains consistent with enterprise agreement entitlements which often fall short of market and industry rates for non-clinical positions.
