    Pros

    Thankfully, the psycho office culture settled into a tolerable tepid hell.

    Cons

    In the beginning under CTB, it was an indescribable chamber of horrors. The DRC CEO was an autocrat who ditched Salesforce over a personal vendetta, and replaced it with the free version of Service Now.
