      If you leave near ashburn its a good location.

      Cons

      The comapany is not good for local american. Most of the employee under h1b visa holder.so that management and hr treats them like slave.long working hr,poor health benefit and poor salary package.

      It was a good base salary at the time for a recruiting company.

      Cons

      Management was awful. I knew three people who were fired or quit in their first 6 months.
