      Cons

      Zero communication between management, this company has been around 100+ years and still goes by time cards everyday nevermind why they have payroll department. OT so much, no work life balance. No/minimal growth for trades

      * Work is challenging * Able to learn new technologies in data science and cloud tech and implement * Ability to use the most sophisticated deep learning models

      Cons

      *Not much paid time off *Middle management could be stronger e.g can do better in terms of finding data streams of work
