The work environment in the Global IT department is absolutely toxic. There's extreme micromanagement, and working under a female manager is a nightmare. She will manipulate everything, take credit for your work, and make sure you don’t get the recognition you deserve. Favoritism is rampant, and hard work goes completely unnoticed.
