Pros
Fantastic culture with plenty of opportunities for advancement - whether it's training, service and recognition awards, through to diverse social club activities, DWS provides an holistic approach to employment.
With a family type of approach to team ethics and culture, as a remote worker I've felt welcomed and accepted with opportunities for work/home balance in equal measure.
DWS has an amazing staff to work with whom are readily available for advice and assistance at any time.
When placed at client sites, DWS really excels as a team - from the weekly team meetings, regular BD catch-ups all the way through to being able to work with other DWS people. The wealth of knowledge and assistance is invaluable in the fast paced BA consultant space.
With customers across a broad spectrum of industries (Utilities, Banking, Health, State and Federal Government) and across Australia (from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra) they have a full client list that can meet any BA Consultant's work desire.
Cons
As a consultant at client sites, you are at the mercy of those clients and their management. Any issues are always handled quickly and professionally and DWS always looks out for it's employees.
Note: DWS could improve upskilling and training opportunities around remote work for it's staff (and only due to the current Covid-19 virus spike).
