      Feels like a body shopping organization with remote control in your BDMs hand. The organization lacks trust in general.

      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
