Overall a great place to work, but a few challenges/opportunities for improvement

    Pros

    - Company Culture - each person is genuinely interested in living the core values, and you feel cared for by management - Office - beautiful office in downtown Denver, and they provide a free light-rail pass for commuters - Flexibility- generally flexible in regards to remote work/work from home - D&B Initiatives - company is generally interested and committing to improving the diversity and belonging of teammates, and attracting and retaining diverse talent

    Cons

    - Growth - not the place if you're young in your career and want to grow and face exciting new challenges. Dialysis is a very niche industry, with few competitors, and very little innovation. Most of the work is very reactive to government or industry changes, so not a lot of space to pioneer new ideas and take on stretching projects. - Hints of elitism - there are lots of former Big 3 Consultants, and a majority of the Redwoods Analyst come from Elite schools, and if you don't come from that type of background you're unlikely to get interesting work - Reporting - most analyst positions involve a great deal of reporting; which can be very tedious and boring. Be prepared to do that. I felt that this was b/c Davita was really behind on a lot of its analytic capabilities and solutions, so Analysts worked tirelessly to make sense of disjoined and inaccurate data. - Compensation & Benefits - average to below compensation relative to the market; interesting PTO structure for Atlas TM's where we get PTO taken out for Holidays, and not many Holidays off
