I worked at Dairy Queen full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

None. Full time, and got nothing in return.

Cons

Only a quarter over minimum wage, which was better than most people got, but nothing for what you had to put up with. Poorly managed, and since I was on the bottom end of the totem poll, I got knocked down to nights. Then pay got docked more.

Advice to Management

Management in our local was poor. I knew that I could have ran it better for their pay, and could have done better with everything, and knew people who would've done better as well.

I have been working at Dairy Queen part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly Regular customers. The job feels like you are just doing some chores at home keeping the store clean.

    Cons

My shifts are only 4 hours long. I work at a small family owned store and my boss said she cant afford to give me a raise because of the remodel she is doing on her house...
