      Great benefits - PTO, medical/dental, etc.

      Cons

      Very much a "good ole boy" system - friends and family will go far within the company. There is no true HR program - no performance objectives, no performance reviews, no coaching/mentoring...when it comes time to let you go, it's not tied to non-performance. Ownership/management cares little about the employees. They talk a lot about culture, but it's likely because they wish they had one (or they are trying to convince...

      Pros

      Job security and good benefits. Decent pay.

      Cons

      This company couldn't care less about individuals, managers are only out to make themselves look good, forced to work on holidays, long hours, inconsistent schedules and work distribution is completely skewed. There is no opportunity for advancement in this company and be ready to have a horrible schedule for 5+ years before ever being presented with day shift.

      Advice to Management

      Take responsibility once in awhile and listen to your workers, too many talented people come in and out for such a small company.
