      Pros

      There are NONE. Go look elsewhere. It's not worth your time. You will regret it. Wasted a lot of years there.

      Cons

      Horrible, incompetent management at every level. Good ole boy network. SSC managers have their cliques and play favorites. Low pay. Under staffed. Customers are rude and clueless. Money money money is what it's all about. Company does not care about people or safety (hey, OSHA), period. No training. Forcing out​ older employees. BACKSTABBING!

      Pros

      Lots of resources to accomplish your role. Local teams are wonderful to work for. They like to retain and promote within

      Cons

      They are a corporation and they decision making based on money-- laying people off and not backfilling to save money. This results in more and more work on the staff that is still there. Yearly raises are common but barely more than a couple precent, always less than cost of living for any given area.
