    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Working with students who are underprivileged, at-risk and refugees. Working as a teacher servicing the community. Being around veteran teachers who are very wise and helpful.

    Cons

No raise for 4 years. Outright lack of communication, trust and general lack of respect for all employees from principals down to custodians. I have an advanced degree in my content area and it was useless. Enrichment courses, such as Music, Art and PE, are very undervalued.

    Advice to Management

Allow teachers to have a voice and trust them for their expertise and education in their field. Allow principals to eliminate lazy workers easily with solid evidence.
