    Pros

If you're passionate about art, it is the place for you - but if you're not passionate about the cause- don't apply

    Cons

A revolving door in almost every department so many people do not establish networks and relationships across the various functions.

    Advice to Management

Inter department mixing so people get to know one another would be a great way to improve morale in the office.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Dallas Museum of Art part-time

    Pros

Relatively easy in terms of work because all you will be doing is standing for long hours.

    Cons

Extremely poor management (that is the nicest way to put it, there are many problems)
    Favoritism
Long hours of standing (average 5-12 hours a day)
    Not very flexible with hours

    Advice to Management

Management is the key to success. If employee view of management with justified reasons are negative it will spiral down to all employees. Change how you handle management to boost incentive and moral of ALL employees instead of blaming problems on the lower levels and shifting responsibilities.
