    Professional and personal development, challenging work tasks, deployed responsibility, technology leadership within climate and energy solutions, professional and dedicated managers and colleagues, sound work life balance, social responsibility.

    Cons

    Like other big organizations a tendency to slow speed of decision making and too much bureaucracy. Decision making is often top-down.

    Advice to Management

    Deploy more responsibility and clear accountability to business unit management to speed up decision making and cut bureaucracy.
