I worked at Darden full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you are good at your job you can make a lot of money here.

    Cons

    POOR MANAGEMENT.

The management is very poor in this company. They make new rules daily, and the rules that they make greatly burden their servers. They also have a poor hiring and screening process. They hire some of the laziest people imaginable and then create a service partner rule, which means you have to pick up the slack for all the people who don't work hard.

    Advice to Management

Be more in tune with your employees needs-they will be happier-and you will be able to start making a profit again.
