    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Darden full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is standard and tips are pretty good.
There is protocol to protect you from managerial abuse (theoretically).
All the benefits of a large corporation.
There is opportunity for upward mobility.

    Cons

Typical issues of a restaurant - management is not always as professional in their interaction with staff even though it's better than many places.
Lower prices make for lower tips as compared to a concept with a higher price point.
For some - no bussers means a LOT of extra running around.
Getting a raise may be symbolic at best.
