Pros
I think this company actually cares about their employees. I have worked for many places and nowhere has been so accommodating. They were there for me when my husband was fighting cancer. Even though I had only worked here a few months at that point. Upper management is actually approachable and they take time to meet you and know who you are. I am very lucky to have found Dart Bank. I intend on staying here until I retire. They are very involved in the community also.
Cons
I honestly have NO cons to list. I love my department and how we all work together. I enjoy coming to work every single day. This is a wonderful place to work!
