Pros

They have some highly experienced people working for them, and, in my experience, they are very friendly and accommodating.

Cons

Sadly, they don't always pick the right candidates for the roles. A little disappointed with the standard - not a diverse range of candidates brought forward.

Advice to Management

You are bringing forward a specific type of candidate repeatedly - try to be more innovative in your selection process.

    Pros

The best culture you can have hope for in recruitment. Supportive, friendly, sociable. Plenty of work to always keep you busy - potential is very clearly there for hard workers who enjoy recruitment. Very thorough in candidate processes, especially at grad-level.

    Cons

Limited standardised training for juniors when I joined but this is in the process of re-work.

    Pros

Generally hire well into the business, and a handful of good Directors will help you build a solid recruiting skillset as a developing consultant.

    Cons

Some odd decision making from the top down, which I think in part contributes to a high attrition rate. Could reward staff a bit better than they do - it can at times come across as if the CEO / business is unnecessarily tight with the purse strings.

    Advice to Management

It’s hard to reverse the KPI driven culture that the firm is moving towards, but maybe worth rethinking their approach to business development, which at times can come across as quite aggressive.
