Some nice and helpful colleagues, small team environment, the job itself was ok.
Cons
Dead end job, no career progression, salary just about average, good team atmosphere didn't seem to be encouraged or cared about by senior management (much talk but no action), complaints from managers toward staff in front of customers, micro management, equality in team not existent, ongoing turnover in staff.
