Incredibly friendly staff and boss. Was able to be self-directed in my workflow and what suited me best. As an intern specifically was given an appropriate amount of expectation for workload and output.

Small team so was only software developer on the team

- Interesting clients and large candidate base - Great location and culture - good place to make friends - Base pay can be decent - Monthly team incentives can be rewarding

- Desk have different working patterns but KPIs and expectations are standardised across the company. - If in a down period of recruitment, environment can become a little hostile - Little trust for consultants - Don't take mental health as seriously as they should. - A lot of micromanaging. - Slow to adapt with new technologies and needs.
