Pros

The building is gorgeous and most of the students are lovely. The benefits are decent. It is privately owned so there isn't a lot of "corporate" environment.

Cons

Employees turn over on this campus like crazy. It has seen a half dozen campus directors in 2 years. There are times when the campus is "functioning" with no directors or senior staff at all. The company sends warm bodies down from the corporate office to fill in but there is nobody to go to with real issues for either students or staff. Many of the teachers are not at all qualified to teach their subject matter. Everything is on a "need to know" basis and I can only imagine that senior staff feel that nobody needs to know anything.

Advice to Management

Create stability and legitimacy by staffing the campus with trained, competent, AVAILABLE, employees. Pay them well, treat them well, and disseminate information in a way that makes employees feel as though they are valued and in the loop.

    Pros

The people I worked with are really nice. It was decent pay. The students are great. The location is beautiful.

    Cons

it has a huge turn over in financial aid. They would try to keep people leaving the company a secret or wouldn't acknowledge mistakes.

    Advice to Management

Tell the people what is going on. If a mistake was made, own up to it. If some one left the company don't make it a secret.
