      Pros

      There are no good reasons to apply and even fewer to stay.

      Cons

      Staff shows up when they want to and do whatever they want. They are not disciplined for policy violations. Unlicensed and untrained administrative staff try to immerse themselves in nursing. Horrible culture.

      Somewhat flexible, good pay, not typically micro-managed, great supervising physician and medical director

      Some leadership do not understand the job but will tell you how to do it. unrealistic expectations if you actually do a good job.
