    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Daymark Recovery Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Supervision for associate licensed clinicians (but you have to pay back if you leave within your contract period )

    Cons

Not so good management, terrible pay, they trap in Associate licensed professionals, co workers like to micro manage sometimes, very easy burnout

    Advice to Management

Listen to those of us that actually do work in this field on a day to day basis

I have been working at Daymark Recovery Services full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Free CEUs, 11 paid holidays, upper management support, some clinics like mine have loan forgiveness programs, etc

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people. Give monitory incentives for providing supervision and trainings.
