      Pros

      Work from home one day a week, jeans to work everyday, great suppliers, and loved working with HEB.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. They promise you one thing and do another. They are all about themselves and protecting what "looks best" to the retailer. They do not always put their suppliers best interest first.
