Pros

Lots of open space and lighting, windows everywhere (atmosphere)
Great people

Cons

Hard to get out of office at 5pm. Right near highway and road design makes it seem like Chicago traffic if you are heading toward the highway. So commute time might be annoying.

    Cons

management in some departments and campuses better than others; better environment for new middle/upper management employees tahn long term employees

    Advice to Management

Look more at current employees for advancement than hiring from outside. Note to all, Dave Pauldine is the President of DeVry University, Daniel Hamburger is the CEO of DeVry Inc, which includes many more companies than just DeVry University.
