The Education for Profit model has many challenges ahead.

Advice to Management

Cut the layers of management way too many senior staff and directors.

I have been working at DeVry Education Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

affordable classes, some of the people are nice but we all want other jobs

    Cons

Low pay, really really bad managers, specially in DVU and DVO. They are clueless of what they are doing. They don't promote you moving to other departments, if you apply for another job within the company you need management approval to go ahead with the application and they take it really bad. When they laid you off, most companies give you a package and welcome to apply in the company. Devry is different, if they offered you a package and if you accepted it, you can't come back to work for Devry ever. How is that making any sense? This just shows they dont care about the employees, nor the students.

    Advice to Management

Resign. Accept you've done a bad job and resign
