Pros

A great environment to work because it involves a lot of communication and teamwork.

Cons

I have not really found a downside on working at DeVry; however, the work itself can be rather slow.

Advice to Management

Leadership at DeVry is well enough as it is because I have the fortune to work with great supervisors and directors.

    Pros

DeVry has a lot of friendly people to work with in a very nice looking and open environment. They also pay really well and have some pretty good benefits such as free schooling for full-time employees. They are also very open to hiring talented individuals into other departments if the individual is interested.

    Cons

A downside is that some employees have to work 50+ hours a week or have to be on call for issues that occur and those things affect the home life of the employee.

    Advice to Management

I would tell management to look closer at the hard work employees put in and verbally recognize such hard work so they can offer more involved assistance with moving up or moving to a specialty department.
