Pros

It was remote which I think we can agree was is nice

Cons

-Mediocre training and what they had was terrible documented. -Not enough resources to support through the entire customer facing team so they just expect you to pick up the slack of 2 or 3 people regardless of your product knowledge -A mediocre product at best, but just to use it you have to get so complex it makes it not worth the time. -They bend over backwards for the stupidest and most nit-picky of customers and don't have proper SOW in place for the work needing to be done

Just like any start up environment, the work can get quite hectic and busy but it keeps things interesting!
