    Pros

    Nothing! everything at Cox Automotive was fine before dealer.com and dealertrack. What a terrible aquasition. They are a cancer to the cox core values of people first!

    Cons

    Ruined a winning team laid off real advertising people that knew how to work with industry tools and best practices to have bonuses and parties in Burlington vt. Now they wonder why they can’t get anything done correctly. They only care about their local people. If you are not in Burlington it’s not worth working for them.

    Advice to Management

    Stop looking down on people not in your home area they may actually know more then you. Embrace change and the fact that you need help and different ideas. Also drop your terrible platform it doesn’t work!

    Pros

    The culture at Dealer.com is fun and they do a great job with hiring productive team members. Everyone there is very helpful and for the most part, the company is very responsive to their employee's needs.

    Cons

    You are often required to work long hours and there is not always an equal split in the workload between team members. But, it's not terrible.

    Pros

    Amazing benefits- you work hard to earn them, but they take really good care of us

    Cons

    Not the best health care plan- Aetna isn't the best...Maybe for dental, but not for medical!

    Advice to Management

    Please reconsider changing the health plan to a better provider.
