    Pros

    DEP is a great company to work for. Cutting edge products, customer focused support and a company culture that encourages forward thinking and rewards great work.

    Cons

    None really, the automotive vertical has its challenges, as most other verticals do, but the company does a great job of meeting those demands with product development and support resources to overcome those challenges.

    Pros

    Collaboration between other teams, open door policy with management, work life balance, positive environment, training program, available resources outside of just asking for help.

    Cons

    As the company keeps growing, a lot of new internal teams have been created. Everything is moving in the right direction, just takes time to get everything running smoothly.

    Pros

    Easy to do nothing and get away with.

    Cons

    For a company of its size, DEP should employ an HR director who is not only qualified but also professional. HR is more knowledgeable at Joe's lunch order than the true job requirements and laws a qualified human resource director should be expected to know. She's able to get away with her lack of knowledge because of Joe's inappropriate exchanges with her. It's very apparent she enjoys the attention she receives from Joe. HR often brags to employees about the inappropriate comments Joe makes about her which explains why she can get away with her behavior. HR is the first to spread either privy information to employees or even worse untruthful rumors to avoid any spotlight towards her and Joe.
