Pros

Centrally located with good amenities - Positive culture. Most everyone is friendly and easy to work with - Growing. You can definitely feel that there is a positive outlook on revenue and company health. - Task Flexibility. If you like a place where you can learn different skill sets and try different things, there are a lot of things you can try.
Cons
- Remote work is fairly limited. You can still have a certain number of work from home days each month, but most positions don't allow fully remote work. - Because of the recent growth, certain areas are still understaffed which means it can take a while for some things to get done. But overall not too bad.
