I worked at DecisionOne full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Had great co-workers and that makes a world of difference. Reimbursed mileage and parking. Paid for tools. Pay was competitive. Not a bad place to work for in my opinion. They pay for training and there is lots of opportunity to gain certifications.

Cons

Don't hold your breath if you believe you will become a permanent employee. Regular employees have not had raises in over 13 years. You must supply your own smartphone or tablet. They provide very outdated laptops. Mileage reimbursement is way below IRS standard reimbursement rate, and they subtract 50 miles off your total miles every day. The database (ASTEA) is worthless and far more hassle than any program needs to be.
