Pros

The handouts and boasts of esigned/systematic procedure for customer service techniques
are impressive to read... A "model template" for companies to follow.

Cons

DNC boasts of their designed/systematic procedure for Guest-stewardship...aka GuestPath.

but...they're missing the real potential of enhancing their most valuable asset...their employees.

Advice to Management

Design an EmployeeStewardship Path that matches the GuestPath ideals,
a systematic procedure to train manager/leaders on 'employee-stewardship'.

When you become the company that employees Rave about,
you’ll become a company that customers Rave about.

Build a Path with employees in mind.
People who feel good about themselves produce good results.
Happier employees = happier guests/customers = better production, better bottom line.

...and I, I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference. ~~~RobFrost

    Pros

One of the best reasons I can think of is , getting the opportunity to meet people of different and diverse cultures in one stadium to enjoy America's Favorite game , Twins Baseball !

    Cons

I haven't experienced anything negative , otherthan the less than frequent "drunken " patron , but even those few were handled with class !

    Advice to Management

Some helpful advice , hire more people so that even more people can experience the joy and wonderment of Target Field and Minnesota Twins Baseball !

I worked at Delaware North as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hotel Management was great, if you show that you're competent and professional they have your back.

Majority of guests are very cool, especially end of season once the crowds die down.

Hotel staff in general are very friendly and laid back

Much better than my experience at Xanterra.

    Cons

Like any other customer service/hospitality job, guests can sometimes be unreasonable. Housing is two to a bedroom, but that's pretty typical with concessionaires in the area. If you're looking to save, you'll probably want a second job (easy to come by in West Yellowstone area)

    Advice to Management

Keep supporting your customer-facing employees; giving them confidence helps resolve guest issues in a more effective way.
