Pros

The atmosphere is friendly and you do not have to got thru a manager to talk to someone in another department. I work in a small account so I have the opportunity to work with number of different monitoring tools, broadening my experience.

Cons

The don't pay very well. You job can be outsourced to India if you are not careful.

Advice to Management

There are a lot of good people who don't make a lot of noise about the job they are doing. they need to be recognized too.

    Opportunities are everywhere. Networking with experts and professionals allows you to constantly upgrade your skills. Collaboration is the cultural norm.

    Unforgiving speed and competiveness create an environment where communicating progress and plans consumes a heavy percentage of workloads and deliverables

    Advice to Management

    As with any huge company, the politics and constant reorganizations can become a roadblock as project sponsorship changes, project scope and deliverables change. Find a way to maintain momentum even during transitions.
