It helps in grooming your career if you are looking forward for a good technical training and first hand work experience, then Dell is a good company to work with.

I worked at Dell full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Money was good. Wide range of schedules. Bi-yearly bonuses for high performance.

    Cons

The work environment was stressful because you really did not know what you were doing month to month. One month you could be do technical support, the next OS reinstall, and the next working for customer service (through Christmas) or routing calls. Combine that with having to keep up with the metrics for each job and stay competitive, it can become we stressful very quick.
