I worked at Dell as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

You will learn useful IT support techniques that a great deal of companies now use i.e Active Directory, password resets, exchange issues etc.
    General trouble-shooting over the phone.
    Decent pay for the region.
    Great food!!!!! and inexpensive.
    Gym and track very inexpensive.
    Family/work life is okay.

    Cons

Trouble-shooting issues that you have had no training with beforehand but, that's almost the nature of the job itself.
    Traffic!!!!!

    Advice to Management

    Upper Management is fair.
I would suggest training new employees further, increase starting pay and create a career path matrix chart for employees in order to lower turn-over rates and increase knowledge expertise with-in the company.
